Ford Parts Counterperson

Mike White Automotive Family is a fast growing automotive retail store and we are looking to add a qualified Ford Parts Counterperson to our Ford team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in the ability to work efficiently and effectively, to ensure that excellent customer service is given to our customers. The individual will report directly to the parts manager in the department.

Job Description
  • Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and provide professional service ensuring the customer's needs are met.
  • Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
  • Informing customers of any current specials.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Mike White Automotive beliefs in all interactions with customers and co-workers
Requirements
  • The candidate ideally would have 2 years Dealership experience, but we will train the right person
  • Experienced in inventory control and record keeping
  • Ideal candidate must be dependable and driven individual
  • Must have excellent time Management
  • Must have computer proficiency
  • CDK and Snap On applications desired
  • Wholesale experience preferred
  • Maintain and solicit wholesale accounts in person and on phone
  • Prepare and ship orders when needed
  • Must be a team player, self-starter
  • Accuracy and quick learner
  • Organized
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid drivers license
Sales Associate - Hiring Now

Mike White Ford is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our sales team. Previous experience not necessary. We provide paid training.

  • Maintain high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and have a good driving record. 
  • Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screenings.


Apprentice Technician - Hiring Now

Starting wage - $14/hr

Job Description: Our Express Lube/Tire Technicians work in a fast paced, high energy and positive work environment. Work schedule is a rotating 40+ hour shift, full time. 

Automotive ApprenticeTechnician Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Express Tech, oil and filter changes, tire rotations and basic maintenance -filters, tire repairs.
  • Perform all lubrication services in a safe manner.
  • Perform thorough check of customer's car (i.e. check additional fluid levels, battery, lights, tire pressure) referring all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to the Service Adviser.
  • Operates and maintains all lubrication equipment.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Automotive Apprentice Technician Job Requirements* (include but are not limited to):*

  • Oil changing and quick lube experience a plus but not required.
  • General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.

Lot Attendant/Wash Bay  - Hiring Now

Job Requirements:

Sales Coordinator

Generate sales and retention by creating an exceptional customer experience.
You are the customer's concierge for all Mike White Auto Group Services.

Responsibilities:
  • Take incoming internet leads and ensure continued follow up
  • Complete outbound calls to current or potential customers
  • Handle incoming website chat customers
  • Handle inbound phone calls
  • Work closely with product specialists to coordinate a successful buying process.

Service Assistant - Hiring Now

  • Meet and greet customers
  • Be available for any service assistance
  • Direct or take customers to service advisor (express/regular shop)
  • Check booked/ready paper work at cashiers
  • Turn in paper work to cashier to be booked
  • Clean windows, clean service drive floor
  • Provide documentation assistance to service technicians
  • Turn in P&A 's (parts that have been price out) to back parts counter
  • Deliver and transport service customer vehicle
  • Occasionally provide courtesy shuttle rides
  • Always be courteous and professional
